PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out only in a lawful, fair and predetermined manner in order to achieve the purpose of Autoskola GoDrive Ltd: within the framework of cooperation, to fulfil contractual obligations; for the successful provision of services; for the processing of purchases; and, in certain cases, to collect overdue payments.
In order to ensure successful cooperation between you and Autoskola GoDrive Ltd (hereinafter – Autoskola), we require the following data: name, surname; personal identification number; data of the person authorised to receive the services; address of declared residence; telephone number; e-mail address; bank account number.
By making a purchase or entering into a contract, you consent to the processing of your personal data within the law.
In order to ensure an accurate exchange of information between you, the Driving School and the CSDD, we need the following personal data: name; surname; personal identification number; ID card or passport number; telephone number; e-mail address.
The Driving School is entitled to carry out the processing (collection, storage, registration, etc.) of the Trainee’s personal data. The purpose of the data processing is to keep records of Coursers for the provision of the Services.The Trainee agrees that the School uses the Trainee’s personal data for the purpose of fulfilling and ensuring the obligations under the Contract, receiving reminders, obtaining information about the School’s services, and that the School transfers the Trainee’s personal data (incl. specific categories of personal data and personal identification (classification) code, contact information) to the partner of the Driving School for registration and issuance of the First Aid Course and medical certificate, to the partner of the Driving School that provides and implements a remote training platform coordinated with the CSDD, for the use of information and communication technology tools, as well as for registration in the internal systems of the CSDD.The trainee is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Access to your personal data is only available to employees of the Driving School who need it to perform their daily work duties. Your data is not passed on to third parties or companies. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data shall in no way affect the data processing activities carried out during the period of your consent.
DATA STORAGE
The retention of your personal data and its duration is determined by law. If the purposes previously intended by the Driving School are lost, the storage of your data will be terminated in accordance with the law.
DATA SECURITY
Your data is protected by modern and secure technical and organisational means. Data is stored only within the borders of the European Union. Data security measures at Autoskola are constantly updated using the latest technologies. The company has a highly developed data security policy.

Autoskola GoDrive Ltd. ensures that the requirements of data processing and protection are met in accordance with the highest standards of regulatory enactments and, in the event of any objection, Autoskola GoDrive Ltd. will take all appropriate steps to find a solution.
